No. 03 · Year 2026
Capacity
30 founders, by invitation
Theme
Growth · Proptech · Construction

Thirty proptech founders. One day. Toronto.

Every year we bring together a small, handpicked group of founders who sell to real estate and construction — seed to Series B — for a day of honest conversation, peer learning, and the kind of connections that don't happen at regular events.

We sell out every year.  ·  Exclusive to paid Company Members.

The content matters.
The people in the room matter more.

We cap Growth Summit at thirty attendees. Not because we can't find a bigger venue — because the whole point is the room itself.

When everyone around the table already speaks the language, you skip the preamble and get straight to the good stuff. The person sitting next to you at lunch has probably already lived through the thing keeping you up right now — and they'll tell you exactly what they did.

Speakers and guests who are actively investing in, buying from, or building alongside proptech companies.

Between the sessions and the social at the end of the day, you'll have real face time with investors and potential customers who are there specifically to meet you. This is our third year running it. The founders who've been before don't need convincing.

We keep the group small and intentional — so every conversation stays relevant.

We look for Canadian companies selling into real estate or construction who fit most of the following.

— 01 / Momentum

Real growth, ready to scale.

You're past product-market fit and the question now is how fast you can compound it.

— 02 / Stage

Typically Seed to Series B.

Some of our best conversations have come from founders who've built without outside capital. What matters is that you've been at this long enough to have real scar tissue.

— 03 / Shape

Teams of 15+

You're leading a real organization now — with all the complexity that comes with it.

One prerequisite
Attendees must hold an active Proptech Collective company membership. Not yet a member? You can join when you register.

Two days, structured but not rigid.

July 22
Wed · The Dinner

Opening Dinner

A chance to settle in, meet the group, and figure out who you want to spend time with the next day. Some of the best conversations happen here.

July 23
Thu · The Summit

Growth Summit

One full day. Lunch, working sessions, breakouts, and an evening social with investors and customers.

12:00

Lunch

1:00–5:00

Working Sessions & Breakouts

Expect a mix of:

  • Founder exchange — facilitated conversation where the room itself is the resource. Peer learning at its most direct.
  • Working sessions — small groups tackling shared challenges: scaling, go-to-market, fundraising.
  • Sector-specific breakouts — separate conversations for residential and commercial, so the context stays relevant.
5:00–7:00

Closing Social with investors & customers

We close by bringing in a curated group of investors and industry buyers — people actively looking at proptech companies at your stage. You'll know who's attending before you walk in.

Everything is off the record. The whole point is that people speak freely.

Hear from founders who've been in the room.

"
The Proptech Growth Summit was an incredible experience that was both intimate and informative. It gathered great proptech entrepreneurs and early stage employees all in one place for a collaborative experience that was much more than just a list of speakers.
"
The size and intimacy of the event was really amazing. Compared to other industry events, it was extremely refreshing to be in such a small setting with such great speakers. It felt very personal and direct and each speaker was accessible for 1:1s after their sessions.
"
I particularly appreciated the focus on real-world challenges and solutions in selling to real estate customers.

A keynote with one of the most candid operators in the field.

The highlight of last year's program was our keynote with Brad Hargreaves — founder of Common and Thesis Driven.

One of the most candid operators building at the intersection of real estate and technology. We covered a range of topics across the day, but this was the one people kept talking about on the flight home.
