Toronto is the place to launch and grow your proptech business.
The Toronto Proptech LaunchPad is a high-impact program designed for early-stage entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds who are building innovative real estate and construction companies. In just 10 hours, you’ll gain access to key resources to help you strengthen your market position, expand your network, and accelerate your growth.
10 hours, in-person (no endless Zoom) in downtown Toronto.
This program is free to Proptech Collective members and $250 to non-members.

This program is designed to equip you with resources to launch and scale your proptech business in Toronto, including:

We understand that time is valuable, which is why this program is structured to deliver maximum impact within 10 hours.
Who can join?
We’re looking for entrepreneurs early-stage proptech entrepreneurs who meet the following criteria:
Focus: Building an innovative real estate or construction-related business
This program is designed for technology or tech-enabled businesses, so they will be given priority, but modular/prefab and other innovative service-based business models will be considered.
Location: Toronto
Stage: Early Stage defined as:
In operation for less than 18 months
Have an MVP or early-stage product
Raised less than CA$1M in funding
Attendance: If selected, you must be able to attend three of the four program activities.
If you do not meet all the criteria, but would consider yourself at a similar stage, you are encouraged to apply.
Fostering diversity
The global real estate industry has long struggled with diversity, and we are committed to changing that. We are putting an emphasis on recruiting equity-deserving groups to our program, including but not limited to Women, People of Colour, Indigenous, 2SLGBTQQIA+, Newcomers to Canada, People with Disabilities.
There will be specialized support for you. Your mentors and speakers are not only industry experts but also advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion, bringing firsthand experience in navigating systemic challenges.

Kick Off Dinner
An intimate gathering with fellow participants and industry experts to set the stage for your journey.
Two Workshops + Small Group Mentorship
Learn directly from founders, investors and real estate customers about what makes a winning pitch and how to effectively sell in the real estate market.
Graduation networking
A large-scale networking event held during Toronto Tech Week to expand your industry connections and take the next step in your entrepreneurial journey!

What does it cost?
Free for our paid members to join. The non-members pricing is CA$250. Join us as a member.
